Reservations & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our website, authorized agents, or official partners.
- Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation.
- Prices may vary without prior notice.
- Promotional codes or discounts must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

Safety Requirements

By participating in our tours, you agree that:
- You are in good physical condition.
- You will follow all instructions from guides and staff.
- You will wear required safety equipment at all times.
- You will not participate under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity without refund.
5.2 Health & Age Restrictions

- Pregnant individuals or those with heart, back, neck, or mobility conditions should not participate.
- Guests must disclose any medical condition that could pose a risk.
Risk Acknowledgment
Adventure activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including the possibility of:

Mayan Jungle Rush is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow rules or from risks inherent to adventure activities.
Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings during any activity or on the property.
Photography & Media Consent
By participating in our tours, you consent to:
- Being photographed or recorded
- Allowing us to use such media for promotional purposes
If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify staff before the start of the activity.
Website Use
When using our website, you agree:
- Not to engage in malicious or unauthorized activity
- Not to copy or misuse website content
- Not to attempt hacking, scraping, or disrupting the site
We may suspend access for violations.

Liability
Mayan Jungle Rush is not responsible for damage or injury caused by the guest’s failure to follow these Terms & Conditions, the instructions of our guides and staff, or the safety rules of each activity.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability or right that cannot be limited or excluded under Mexican law, including the Ley Federal de Protección al Consumidor.
