To keep every rider safe — and every horse and zipline cable within safe working limits — we apply a consistent weight limit across our ATV, zipline, and horseback riding activities. Here's what you need to know before booking.
The weight limit
The maximum weight for ziplines and horseback riding is 286 lbs (130 kg) per person. This limit exists for safety reasons tied to the equipment's engineering, not as a judgment of any kind — it's a hard limit we apply consistently to every guest.
Age requirements
- Children must meet a minimum height/age requirement to ride an ATV solo — our staff can confirm on arrival, or reach out beforehand if you're travelling with young children.
- Younger children can usually still enjoy the horseback riding portion accompanied by a guide, depending on age.
- There's no upper age limit, provided you're comfortable with moderate physical activity and meet the weight requirement.
If you're unsure whether you or someone in your group meets these requirements, contact us before booking — we'd rather help you pick the right package than have a surprise on arrival day.
Pregnancy and medical conditions
We don't recommend ATV riding, ziplining, or horseback riding for pregnant guests, or those with certain heart, back, or mobility conditions. If in doubt, please check with your doctor before booking.
