Do I need horseback riding experience?
No. The ride is guided and goes at walking pace on jungle trails, so it suits complete beginners.
How long is the horseback ride?
The horseback ride lasts 30 minutes through the jungle. The tour also includes a 4-zipline circuit, 30 minutes at the cenote and a tequila tasting.
Can children ride a horse on this tour?
It depends on the child's age and size. Send us your kids' ages before booking and we'll confirm. Children aged 4 to 12 pay half the adult price.
What should I wear for horseback riding?
Long trousers or leggings are more comfortable than shorts because they stop the saddle rubbing. Wear closed-toe shoes and bring sunscreen and sunglasses.
Why is there a weight limit for the horses?
The 130 kg (286 lbs) limit protects the horses, and it applies to everyone. The same limit applies to the ziplines.
How long do we spend at the cenote on this tour?
About 30 minutes, enough for a refreshing swim after the ride and the ziplines.
