Frequently asked questions
How long is the ATV, zipline and cenote tour?
The tour takes about 4 hours at the park area, plus the transfer from your hotel. Pickup times depend on your hotel and are confirmed after booking.
What is included in the tour?
Round-trip transportation, a 30-minute ATV ride (shared or single ATV, your choice when booking), a 4-zipline circuit, a cenote swim, the conservation fee, ATV insurance, a tequila tasting and a Mayan snack. Photos, alcoholic drinks and lockers are not included.
Where do you pick up?
Pickup is included from Cancun and Puerto Morelos. Pickup from Playa del Carmen is available for morning tours only.
How much does it cost?
The regular price is $79 USD per adult with a shared ATV; a single ATV costs more. Booking ahead lowers it: 10% off from same day to 14 days ahead, 15% off with 15+ days, 25% off with 30+ days and 50% off with 60+ days. Kids aged 4 to 12 pay half the adult price.
Can I join if I can't swim?
Yes. Life jackets are available at the cenote, and the ATV and zipline don't require swimming.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes. The weight limit for the ziplines is 130 kg (286 lbs) per person.
Do I share the ATV with someone on this tour?
Only with someone from your own group, never with a stranger. With a shared ATV, two people from your group ride one machine and pay the lower price. With a single ATV, you drive your own for the whole 30 minutes, at a higher price. If you're travelling alone, choose a single ATV.
