Pick up is included and optional. Pick up for Playa del Carmen is only available in the morning. If your hotel is located outside the pick up area, a central meeting point will be recommended at the time of reconfirmation. If your hotel is not on the list, please leave us a note with the name of your hotel to set up a pickup time. If your hotel or vacation rental is outside the pickup area, please go to the nearest meeting point.
